Terms of Refund Policy

Scope of the Refund Policy: This Refund Policy applies exclusively to users of CASPerfect services who undertake the CASPer test and desire to claim a refund pursuant to the terms set forth herein.

Eligibility for Refund:
a. Users are eligible for a 90% refund of the amount paid to CASPerfect for services rendered only if their CASPer test results fall outside the third or fourth quartiles.
b. Users must provide to CASPerfect, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of their CASPer test results from Altus Assessments, clear and unequivocal evidence of:
i. their purchase transaction with CASPerfect; and
ii. their final score on the CASPer test.

Verification Process:
a. To ascertain the veracity of the user’s CASPer test score, CASPerfect shall require access to the user’s TakeAltus account. The user hereby consents to provide necessary credentials and/or permissions to CASPerfect for this limited purpose.
b. The sole purpose of accessing the user’s Altus Assessments account is to verify the test score. Any other use or misuse of the user’s account information is strictly prohibited.

Grounds for Refusal:

a. CASPerfect reserves an unequivocal right to decline a refund request if it is determined, at CASPerfect’s sole discretion, that the request or the supporting documentation is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise in contravention of the good-faith standards of this policy. b. If the user’s score on CASPerfect’s test evaluations did not fall outside the third or fourth percentile, CASPerfect reserves the right to decline the refund request. c. CASPerfect further reserves the right to refuse refunds for any reason at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide an explanation.

General:
a. By using CASPerfect services and by seeking a refund as per this policy, the user agrees to be bound by all its terms.
b. CASPerfect reserves the right to amend, alter, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review this policy to be informed of any changes.

By proceeding with the purchase of CASPerfect’s services, you hereby acknowledge and consent to the terms stipulated in this Refund Policy.
